When I started with photography at a young age, I felt that it would become a part of my life. This has remained true to this day. Exciting studies on light, shapes, and colors led me early on to works by Caspar David Friedrich, Claude Monet, Paul Klee, or Vincent van Gogh. I felt a deep connection with their paintings and thoughts. From this arose the desire to connect painting with photography and create new dimensions of the visible and the invisible, uniting reality and imagination.
My goal was to draw light paintings that would enliven the art world and allow for different ways of viewing the environment. I began studying techniques like blur, Camera Painting, multiple exposures, and filter photography. This was followed by the development of my own techniques and the exploration of new possibilities in art photography, pushing the boundaries of what is possible, which I continually expand upon, as art is a complex process of ongoing development.
The realms that artists enter when engaging in experimental photography are an inexhaustible universe of variations, regardless of the subject matter. My desire to create unique works was complemented by a deep love for nature, local landscapes, and the people who shape them, all of which play a significant role in impressionistic photography.
Fundamentally, my works are created photographically and only occasionally further elaborated or adjusted in the realm of artworks or collages. This made it possible to combine interesting techniques from various art movements. As impressionistic photography requires a lot of experience, I have compiled extensive records of techniques and my own developments on the subject in recent years, to be able to share my experiences with interested individuals.
These writings delve into various possibilities and approaches to experimental and impressionistic photography, applicable to all areas and offering new ways of thinking, both with simple means and more complex approaches. If you are interested in learning more about the techniques of impressionistic photography and uncovering their secrets, I would be happy to provide you with insights into the records.
